Since 2005 I’ve worked as UX Designer and CX Consultant for different clients around the world. I have engaged in speaking, teaching and academic consulting activities on Web Accessibility, User Experience and Customer Service.

I’ve worked 9 years at the leading customer service software company, Zendesk, being one of the first hires and contributing to their phenomenal growth going public in 2014. This is how I developed my career in Customer and Employee Experience and where I learned what a great work culture means.

After relocating to Barcelona, I joined Nestlé Global Digital Hub as a UX Consultant. In this role, I initially led the redesign of the HR Portal, which had a significant impact on 275,000 employees. Subsequently, I took charge of the UX Maturity Strategy, involving the supervision of design direction to enhance the global employee experience and promote a holistic, user-centric mindset.

Today I am leading the design team and strategy of LGT Private Banking's cutting-edge Investment Advisory Software among other products, while also contributing to shaping the organizational design of the upcoming LGT Incubator & Accelerator Center in Barcelona.

In my free time I love sharing knowledge about design on my YouTube channel, UXTips. I also contribute as speaker or writer, and I offer UX coaching and resources in my private UX community on Superpeer for those entering or transitioning into the field.
